Charlie spent much of his career as President of manufacturing and service firms and served on the boards of both state and nationally chartered banks. His experience comes from direct hands-on management and ownership of small to mid-size companies.
As founder and President of Powell & Associates, Inc., a Mancos Colorado firm that offers business intermediary services, business valuations, consulting and negotiating services; Charlie has consulted, evaluated and transferred ownership of manufacturing, service, retail, distribution and professional practice firms ranging from food service to high tech. He specializes in representing small to mid-size, privately held profitable companies to a network of qualified, serious buyers on a national and international basis. Jasper Welch has been a Four Corners area resident since 1976. He owns and operates Four Corners Management Systems, started in 1991, a management consulting practice, which specializes in strategic planning, organizational development and staff training. He provides management consulting services to businesses, individuals, government agencies and non-profit organizations. Jasper has worked as a small businessperson in the private sector in the printing, office supplies, advertising, retail, and management consulting fields. In the non-profit sector, Jasper has served as a local Chamber executive and he has served on numerous non-profit Boards and committees. In 1999, Jasper joined San Juan College, in Farmington, NM . With a Master's degree in Library Science, Nancy understands how to collect, package, and interpret all types of information for clients. Her extensive work in customer service management positions (Wells Fargo Bank, Pacific Gas & Electric, and SBC) has given her a strong client service background with expertise in setting service level goals and working to exceed customers' expectations.
Nancy has held a wide range of management positions ranging from directing complex re-engineering and outsourcing projects in large corporations to introducing new products for an internet startup company.
She has worked with small businesses throughout the Four Corners helping business owners:

• Grow their businesses by conducting market research and putting together a sound marketing plan
